Office Hours
The Child Support Division of the District Attorney's Office is located next to the Hartock Building at:
20 East Fifth Street in Winnemucca, Nevada and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. (except holidays)
The Humboldt County District Attorney's Child Support Division is overseen by a Deputy District Attorney. This division establishes and enforces the parental obligation to pay support for the children of Humboldt County, and enforces or modifies support decrees to ensure support payments and medical insurance coverage for children residing in Humboldt County.
The Child Support Division is operated by a Child Support Coordinator, with support staff, including a secretary, and two child support workers.
The Child Support Division assists parents with establishing and enforcing orders for child support owed by the non-custodial parent.
